Largest-Breakthrough Improvement Projects
iSixSigma will recognize Lean Six Sigma projects with the largest “Breakthrough” Results in the following categories:
- Supply Chain
- Transactional
- Manufacturing
- Customer Service
Finalists and winners will be determined by a judging panel of experienced Six Sigma professionals.

Largest-Breakthrough Innovation Project — Product and Process Development
iSixSigma Live! will honor projects that demonstrate the outstanding application of Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) in this new awards category. Projects should address one of two design approaches:

- Developing a new design with predictable functional performance or
- Major changes to an existing design, when variation associated with continuous improvement efforts have reached a point of diminishing returns and an innovative redesign effort is required.
Finalists and winners will be determined by a judging panel of experienced Six Sigma professionals.

Most Successful Lean Six Sigma Start-up and Most Successful Re-energized Lean Six Sigma Program
Whether your company is starting a Six Sigma deployment from scratch or re-energizing a deployment that fizzled out, iSixSigma wants to hear your company’s story. These awards will recognize the most successful start-up and the most invigorating re-energized deployments. Finalists and winners will be determined by a judging panel of experienced Six Sigma professionals.
