The Unanimous Declaration of Lean Six Sigma Practitioners Everywhere,

When In The Course of implementing process improvements, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the relationships which have connected them with another, to assume the power of the internet and the separate and equal station of self-directed learner to which they are entitled, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We Hold The Data To Be Self-Evident: that all men and women are not created equally as instructors; that some are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable teaching abilities, and that others are not; that learning through self-directed study combined with activity-based instruction produces superior results, among these are Life with reduced travel, Liberty from the classroom and the pursuit of Quality –That to secure these rights, Training Deployments shall be instituted among Men and Women, deriving their just powers of instruction from on-line facilities to meet the just-in-time demand of the learner, –That whenever any Form of Training Deployment becomes ineffective of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute a new Training Model, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Learning and Capability. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Training Deployments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms of training to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of experiences and data, evinces instructor-led training as an outdated, less than optimal design, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such training models, and to provide new Instruments for their future Learning.–Such has been the patient sufferance of these Learners; subjected to the Tyrannies of batch-method instruction and forced safety inventories of learned topics, and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Instruction.
