DEK has appointed Black Belt Smith Hou to the position of business unit manager, where he will be responsible for enhancing operations efficiency at the screen printing equipment manufacturer.
Smith has more than 15 years of experience as an operations manager, having worked at several Fortune 500 companies and led many Lean Six Sigma projects that involved cost reductions, process optimization, quality improvements and space savings.
